The symptoms of this can be anything from mild sniffing to serious coughing wheezing and the inability to breathe properly. Other short term effects include difficulty breathing or worsened asthma symptoms.

Breathing in too much mold or mildew can cause allergies. When mold is in your home or work place you are breathing in the spores each moment you are near it. This can lead to serious health problems including severe abdominal pain. Just imagine being sick every day.
