Can I Bring A Pillow On A Plane

So we can say the tsa doesn t worry about pillow fights breaking out in the skies.
Pillows are allowed on airplanes and they are not seen as any security risk. To get a proper amount of sleep something bigger is needed. So are pillows part of these items. Travel pillows are allowed with you onto the plane and will not be considered as part of your carry on limit or personal item limit.
Can you bring a pillow on a plane. I don t think the airport staff would care if you put soiled undies in a pillow case to bring it aboard an aircraft. Sometimes people claim that the pillow is their personal item aside from their regular carry on luggage. Much like airline blankets and headphones.
In a bid to make the trip more tolerable i decided to bring a pillow as part of my carry on luggage. Of course it is. As i m sure most of you will agree airline pillows are farcically small and essentially useless. However some planes have strict regulations that may need you to pay an extra amount to bring your pillow with you.

As far as security are concerned you can bring a pillow on a plane in carry on bags or you can pack it in checked luggage. Some people may also put t shirts socks and underwears in a pillow case to lighten up the luggage. Most airlines treat pillow as a carry on item therefore charging no extra cost. Then once you are on the plane ask a flight attendant for either a couple of pillows or blankets to stuff it enough so that it is usable.
There is no true reason why you cannot bring your own pillow of any sort but be aware that different airlines may view it in different ways and fees may apply. Yes you certainly may bring a full size pillow on an aircraft. All pillows within the size limits are fine to bring on planes pillows are cleared. Now admittedly i did overdo it a little.
