Hey all i really need your help in something i am a 30 years old male 192 cm height and 65 kgs of weight i wanna go back to the gym and train to gain muscle but sadly about 2 months i have discovered that i suffer from 3 bulge discs l3 l4 l4 l5 l5 s1 can i go back to the gym and if yes can anyone help me out with some workout.
