Rose water is often used as a toner to reduce puffiness of eyes cotton pads soaked in cold rose water soothe sunburns and keep the skin hydrated.
Freeze any leftover rose water in an icecube tray. It will also close and tighten your pores. It s mild astringent properties help tighten the pores and gently tone the skin. Rose water has soothing properties and can be used as an all natural skin toner.
