Shrimp And Avocado Salad With Creamy Dressing

This salad was made with raw shrimps that were cooked for added flavor but can be made with cooked shrimp if preferred.
In a large salad bowl add the lettuce shrimp avocado and radishes. In a large serving bowl toss the romaine lettuce cherry tomatoes bell pepper and shrimp until well combined. Why this shrimp salad is so good. Add the tomato cilantro and avocado.
Season with salt and pepper. Place the shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice and a little olive oil. 1 ripe avocado halved seeded and peeled. 1 tablespoon lime juice.
Add shrimp to a large skillet and saute over medium high heat until pink about 1 2 minutes per side. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Cook the shrimp in some boiling water that s been seasoned with a celery stalk some black peppercorns and a slice or two of onion. Remove to a plate and set aside.

Slice 1 2 of an avocado and arrange on a plate next to six jumbo shrimp. Olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook seasoned shrimp on both sides until opaque and cooked through about 4 minutes. Add the grated garlic and green onion and stir. 4 ounces plain low fat yogurt.

1 small english cucumber diced. Make the dressing by whisking the olive oil buttermilk vinegar mayonnaise mustard garlic and tarragon together in a small bowl until creamy and well blended. Stir gently to not break up the avocado. Stir until well combined.

Made with shrimps cucumbers avocado onions tomatoes and tossed in with a creamy homemade cilantro lime dressing. In a large bowl or shallow plate seasoning shrimp with paprika cumin and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the salad to serving bowls and drizzle on the avocado dressing.
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro. 8 ounces peeled deveined cooked shrimp halved lengthwise.
Gluten free and perfect to serve as a meal or as a side dish for a crowd.
