Cover the slow cooker.

Put the potatoes carrots and garlic in the slow cooker. Using slotted spoon remove vegetables to serving platter with roast. Add onions carrots and potatoes. Add in the sea salt and if desired garlic salt and onion salt.

Cook the meat until very tender you should be able to cut it with a fork. Nestle the meat into the vegetables a bit and secure the slow cooker lid. Place beef roast in slow cooker. Cover and place cookware on slow cooker base.

Rub evenly over roast. Cook for 9 to 11 hours or until the beef and vegetables are tender. Pour soup seasoning mix in pot with roast. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

Season with garlic and peppercorn. Cover the bottom of a dutch oven or large cooking pot with vegetable oil or olive oil. Put pressure cooker lid on. Cut into slices and serve with the juices spooned over the top and the potatoes and carrots on the side.

Mix paprika oregano garlic powder onion powder salt and black pepper together in a bowl. About 5 to 6 hours on high or 9 to 10 hours on low.
